Where to try the viral egg coffee in Perth
Ever since a video of people drinking egg coffee just centimetres from an operational train track graced my phone screen, I have had the burning desire to visit Vietnam. Ultimately, a lack of annual leave, money, and just general life busyness has left me trying to find an at-home alternative.
Whilst the train tracks for obvious civil liability reasons are off the table, I did find a Vietnamese spot in Osborne Park, cutely named Saigon The Go, sporting a unique coffee range — one being the famous Vietnamese egg coffee.
I ordered one egg coffee ($8.50) and one iced salt coffee ($9.50).
The egg coffee, with its daunting name, is in my opinion a lot tastier than a flat white.
