Postmaster killed by sports drink attack
A drunk thug who threw a bottle of sports drink at an elderly man has been found guilty of killing him.
Troy Matthew Maskell, 47, faced trial for the second time in Victoria’s Supreme Court this month over the death of John Burke, 73, back in August 2021.
After a day of deliberations, the jury returned to court on Wednesday afternoon announcing a guilty verdict on the charge of manslaughter.
